I love your work, wonderful style with simplicity. I find your inspiration tumblr esthetically pleasing as well. I'm curious, do you have specific tags you search or blogs you follow to find those images? I'd like to add similarly styled imagery to one of my blogs as I would like to treat it as a bit of a mood board for some of the work I do. Anyway, tops stuff! ~L

hi, thank you so much for the positive feedback. i do follow specific tags; i tag the names of different artists i like so that i don’t forget (some are carlo crivelli, trina schart hyman, and andrej dugin). as for blogs, here are some tumblrs (some that i have just found!) that i think are great:

for me it is all practice and really enjoying making drawings. i never went to school for it or took any classes. if you love to draw, you will develop and improve; i definitely have.

thank you! i have thought about mermaids with tattoos… also about getting a tattoo of a mermaid! both ideas appeal to me. if you have a chance, check out the archive- there’s probably a handful of mermaids with tattoos in there. thanks again!
